About the Speaker
Paul C. Rapp is an attorney based in Kingston, New York, and licensed in both New York and Massachusetts. He specializes in intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, internet, and art and entertainment matters. He has taught at Albany Law School, Western New England College School of Law, and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and has served as a panelist on The Copyright Forum on WAMC's Vox Pop. He also is a professional musician and played for many years in the Albany-based band Blotto, which was inducted into the Eddies Music Hall of Fame in 2020.
