There is a tool within LiNX to determine how many requests have been made and filled.
Click on either Borrowing or Lending under Statistics in the User Profile. Borrowing will indicate the requests your library has placed, Lending reflects how many requests your library has received from other libraries. Then, select the date range you would like.
The results provide raw numbers and percentages on the total number of requests received, the numbers filled, the numbers not filled, as well as expired, cancelled, and not answered requests.
The “break down of requests” section shows your data by library system and item type. It's possible you might see a combination of school systems, public library systems, and the CDLC group (academic, hospital, and special libraries). This tool can be helpful for reporting on your ILL/eForm usage or spotting trends in your interlibrary loan activities.
