The group discussed the learning curve for taking over a solo librarian library and the difficulties of going from a team setting to being on your own.
The stress of having to deal with scheduling tech staff and/or volunteers was addressed, as well as having to deal with spontaneous retirements.
The group also discussed who is back at their offices full time vs. working remote some of the work week, and if they prefer Zoom or other meeting software such as webex.
Multiple participants requested a government libraries/librarians interest group be started.
