Group discussed challenges they were experiencing - some examples were having to close to former clientele, loss of donations and other financial issues, loss of volunteers (and not being able to take time off as the only staff person), reduction of space for their library and not being able to run their library from home, but having to be home for issues such as home schooling of children.
The group was asked what they wanted for professional development from CDLC, responses included more on copyright (and its effect on ILL), and new technology classes.
The group also discussed how it was performing advocacy and reaching out to their clientele.
The participants expressed interest in making this a permanent interest group for CDLC.
