Delivery

CDLC and the other 8 regional NYS library councils comprise ESLN. CDLC members are eligible for ESLN services, including ELD and continuing education. All ELD libraries are members of an ESLN council in order to utilize ELD. To verify whether a library is a member of a particular ESLN council, you can consult the individual council's website and check for their current member status. 

If you are a CDLC member not on ELD looking to deliver something via ELD please send it via your local courier with the outside of the transit bag labeled as 'UHLS/ILL' and it will be transferred. Please be sure to label the item clearly with its intended final destination.

REQUIRED on all ELD labels:

• Institution Name

• Full Address

• OCLC code

• Hub

Please note, it is important to have a full return address on the package.  If a bag is mislabeled or somehow gets misdirected, the materials may be returned to sender. The format of the label is the same as if you are addressing an envelope.
